When you request a withdrawal, COSS sends you two emails. The first email contains the information about the request. The second email contains a link that you need to click on to confirm the withdrawal. The withdrawal process will start right after that.
If you haven’t confirmed the withdrawal by clicking on the link in the second email, you can cancel it.
To see the status of your withdrawal go to ACCOUNT -> HISTORY -> DEPOSITS & WITHDRAWALS. If the status states “withdrawal (pending user confirmation)” then it hasn’t been confirmed. Find the second email and make the withdrawal by clicking on the link!
You can cancel the withdrawal in the Action column. If the status is “withdrawal (processed)” then it's sent from COSS to the network to be processed. In this case, there is a small icon to the right of the hash you can press to look this transaction up.
