Some users have reported that they are unable to check the status of the tickets they have sent to email@example.com. Our development team is working on a much more user-friendly alternative for the new UI.
Meanwhile, a recommended way to report your issues is to:
2) If you have an existing Google, Facebook, or Twitter account, click the corresponding icon to log in using that icon.
3) Submit a new support ticket, then you will be able to check on the status of your ticket whenever you log in to Freshdesk.
- If you use the same email address for Google Account and Twitter Account, your ticket status will only be reflected on the Google Account and not Twitter Account.
