1. Deactivate 2FA (for details, please see "How can I deactivate 2FA?").

2. Enter the 2FA code and click 'Confirm'.

3. Scan the QR code with your Google Authenticator app (for details, please see "How can I activate 2FA?")

Note: If you have lost or replaced the device which previously received your authentication codes and locked out of your account, our support team can manually reset your 2FA. Please allow 2-5 business days for support to process the request, as our staff receives a high volume of requests daily. We advise you to back up your 2FA key after the reset.
