Please try the following:
1) Try clearing your cache or using a different web browser.
2) If you are entering the code and the time has finished on Google Authenticator, try to enter the old code again, even though the authenticator has given you a fresh new code. Sometimes helps to click the enter button again.
3) If you have lost or replaced the device which previously received your 2FA codes and are locked out of your account, our support team will need to manually reset it. Please allow 2-5 business days for support to process the request, as our staff receives a high volume of requests daily. In the future, please back up your 2FA key when you enable it.
